Very private, medium-sized cottage (32’ x 28’) with large screened-in porch, cozy living room with TV and DVD player. Kitchen has an adjoining dining room, washing machine, and bathroom. There are also three bedrooms with new mattresses: the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second with double bed, and the third has single bunk beds. Step outside and enjoy a propane BBQ, picnic table, swing set, outdoor games, lawn chairs, and fire pit (wood available on site). The cottage is 80 feet from the beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating and windsurfing. The southeasterly view provides for outstanding sunrises and moonlit nights. A short walk from a local marina, sandy beach, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Richibucto (5 km), Kouchibouguac National Park (15 km), Saint Ignace Golf Course (20 km), Bouctouche / Pays de la Sagouine (30 km), Moncton / Magic Mountain Water Park (90 km), Fundy National Park / Hopewell Rocks (150 km).
